Server Outage

Hello,

As most of you are aware, there was a server outage this past week starting some time around July 11 or July 12th. While this outage was not intentional on our end, it was somewhat scheduled/planned from an IP/DNS stand point.

The server itself was unaffected and has technically been up and operational. In fact it has been possible all this time for you to access the server - you simply would have needed the direct IP address into the server.

The issue was the DNS used on your end to access the server. There was a problem with the DNS server/name and therefore it was not directing to the IP address of the server. This has recently been resolved, however it may take some time before the DNS that you are using to connect to the server will be able to be used to access the server. I would expect the server to be accessible within the next 6 to 24 hours (at the worst).
